Revofy provides web design, web development, and related digital services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
All orders require a 50% deposit before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion, before final delivery. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
Each plan includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the included amount are billed at $150/hour. A revision is defined as a set of changes submitted together within the scope of the original project brief.
Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of the custom design and code created for your project. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Delivery timelines begin after the deposit is received and all required materials (content, branding assets, etc.) are provided. Delays caused by late client feedback or materials may extend the timeline.
If you cancel before design work begins, you are entitled to a full refund of your deposit. Once design work has started, the deposit is non-refundable. If we fail to deliver the project within the agreed timeline (barring client-caused delays), you are entitled to a full refund.
Revofy's total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
